This webpage template conforms to the standard for HTML5. No tables are used in the design, the page layout has been contstructed with CSS. It's style is suitable for a variety of websites, the code was written with easy editing in mind. Within both the HTML code and CSS file you will find comments that will help you see which part of the webpage you are editing.

You are permitted to use and modify this template for your own personal or business website. You are also permitted to use and modify this template in the design of your clients' websites. You are permitted to use this template an unlimited amount of times in the construction of websites but you are not permitted to sell it as a template or redistribute it for free, e.g. as part of a collection on free or paid web template sites.

To make additional pages copy and rename the HTML file. Any unwanted links can be deleted from side and top bar, to add links to top or side simply copy and paste the link code and insert your own url in the anchor tags.

To change the color of the web page design you will need to edit the CSS file. Be sure to make a backup copy of the files in this template just in case you make a booboo. Included are psd files of the graphics used in this template so that you can change the color to match the page should you alter the design.

The optional image in the header can be deleted or replaced with a logo.
